A driver who allegedly set his automotive to autopilot after which took a nap because it broke the pace restrict on a rural Canadian freeway has been charged with harmful driving, police stated.
The incident came about close to the city of Ponoka in Alberta province, the native drive stated in a tweet on Thursday.
“The automotive seemed to be self-driving, travelling over 140 km/h with each entrance seats fully reclined & occupants seemed to be asleep,” it stated.
In accordance with Canadian public broadcaster CBC, the automotive was an electrical Tesla mannequin set to autopilot and the person charged was 20 years previous.
