Actress Deepika Singh, who catapulted to fame by taking part in the position of Sandhya Rathi in TV Present Diya Aur Baati Hum, recounted coping with social media trolls after the birth of her son Soham in 2017. The actress performed the lead position on the present for 5 years after which she acquired married and took a break from her job. Talking about coping with “nasty feedback” about placing on weight post-pregnancy, Deepika advised the ETimes, “I’ve been trolled rather a lot on social media particularly for my weight achieve. After giving beginning to my son Soham I used to be 73 kgs and I had randomly shared an image of mine with out considering a lot and it was my birthday, they began writing nasty stuff about me. They didn’t even assume twice that it was my birthday. They began saying ‘you might be such an enormous actress, you need to have waited’, ‘now you will not get any position’, ‘no person will take her in a lead position’, ‘have a look at her how unhealthy she is wanting’.”

After the beginning of her son in 2017, Deepika Singh returned as lead in 2019 TV Present Kavach… Maha Shivratri. Deepika advised ETimes that she took the feedback “very significantly” and she or he labored laborious to lose a number of kilos and “show the trolls mistaken.” She mentioned, “That (detrimental feedback) truly helped me to go to the health club recurrently… I took screenshots of all these feedback and stored them as a wallpaper on my cellphone. Each time I felt lazy these nasty feedback helped me to hit the health club. Finally, I proved them (the trolls) mistaken,” she mentioned.

Deepika Singh married Rohit Raj Goyal, the director of her debut tv present Diya Aur Baati Hum. They welcomed their son Soham in Could 2017.
