Gangster Vikas Dubey was killed in an encounter after a highway accident this morning whereas being taken to Kanpur in Uttar Pradesh from Madhya Pradesh’s Ujjain, the place he was arrested yesterday. He was shot lifeless whereas attempting to flee, the Uttar Pradesh police stated.
