An over dashing truck coming from behind ran over the girl, two youngsters: Police (Representational)

A 28-year-old girl and her two youngsters have been crushed to loss of life underneath the wheels of a truck, whereas her husband had a slender escape after they fell off their motorbike on a highway in Uttar Pradesh’s Ghaziabad district, police stated on Tuesday.
The accident occurred through the intervening evening of Monday and Tuesday on Delhi-Meerut highway close to Dagar Vihar colony in Murad Nagar, they stated.
After the accident, locals gathered on the highway and blocked the visitors. On receiving info, police reached the spot and pacified the infuriated mob.
Ghaziabad senior police official Neeraj Kumar Jadaun instructed information company PTI that Asif (30), alongside together with his spouse Parveen and two sons — Rihan (6) and Faizan (three) — was going again to Rardhana village in Meerut district from Arthala village in Sahibabad space on a bike.
They have been coming back from a condolence assembly of a relative, he stated.
When Asif reached close to Murad Nagar, he misplaced stability of the motorbike because it collided with some object. Whereas Asif fell on the roadside, his spouse and youngsters fell down on the highway, the officer stated.
He stated an over dashing truck coming from behind ran over the girl and the 2 youngsters.
After the accident, the motive force fled leaving the truck, which was seized by police, and Asif was taken for therapy to a close-by hospital, the officer stated.
The our bodies have been despatched for autopsy and efforts are on to arrest the truck driver, Jadaun added.
