An Adivasi girl was allegedly dragged to a paddy subject and raped by three males after she went out to alleviate herself in West Bengal’s Purba Bardhaman district, police stated on Wednesday.
A girl was with the three males and he or she helped them in committing the crime on Tuesday evening, Extra Superintendent of Police (Rural) Dhruba Das stated.
One of many three accused males, who can also be an Adivasi, was arrested, he stated including that every one the 4 had their faces coated with ”gamcha” (conventional cotton towel) through the rape.
In line with the sufferer’s assertion to the police, the incident occurred at Sakra village underneath Nadanghat police station space when the girl went out of her dwelling to take care of nature’s name at round 10.30 pm.
When she was returning, 4 individuals together with a lady stopped her holding a pointy weapon at her neck. They dragged her to a paddy subject the place the boys took turns to rape her whereas the girl accompanying them helped them, the sufferer alleged.

The sufferer was admitted to Kalna Superspeciality Hospital on Wednesday morning, the police officer stated. Search is on to nab the opposite accused, the ASP stated.
