A 24-year-old girl was critically injured on Monday after allegedly being shot at by her husband in a match of rage over some home problem in Jammu and Kashmir’s Kishtwar district on Monday morning, police mentioned.
Arif Hussain shot Rubeena Begum with a 12-bore gun throughout a heated argument over some problem at Khanpura village in Dool, some 15 km from Kishtwar city, an official mentioned.
Begum, who’s reportedly pregnant, suffered vital accidents in her neck and shoulder, and was shifted to the district hospital, the official mentioned.
After preliminary therapy, she was later airlifted to the Authorities Medical School in Jammu for specialised therapy, the official mentioned, including the couple had obtained married final yr.
