The Nationwide Fee for Ladies (NCW) has sought instant motion from Gujarat Police towards a person for allegedly hurling abuses and giving rape threats to a feminine humorist on social media.

In a letter to Gujarat Director Basic of Police (DGP) Shivanand Jha, the NCW mentioned it has been tagged in a video posted on Twitter wherein the person may be seen hurling abuses and giving rape threats to the lady.

“The NCW is dedicated to creating secure on-line house for girls and making certain cyber safety to girls and is perturbed by the rise in use of our on-line world to instigate crime towards girls,” NCW Chairperson Rekha Sharma mentioned within the letter despatched late Saturday evening.
