RJD chief Tejashwi Prasad Yadav urged folks to mild diyas, candles and lanterns on terraces, at balconies or outdoors their homes for 9 minutes from 9 pm on Wednesday to mark their protest towards privatisation of state-run institutions and Bihar authorities”s “incapacity” to offer jobs to youths.
