Chadwick Boseman, the star of the ground-breaking superhero film “Black Panther,” has died from colon most cancers, his publicist advised AFP Friday.
Boseman, who was in his 40s, had not publicly mentioned his situation — which was first identified in 2016 — and continued to work on main Hollywood movies.
“It was the distinction of his profession to carry King T’Challa to life in Black Panther,” stated a press release posted to Boseman’s social media accounts.
“He died in his dwelling, along with his spouse and household by his facet.”

Boseman turned the primary black superhero to get his personal standalone movie within the record-breaking Marvel franchise with 2018’s “Black Panther.”
