BSF Jawan Shoots Two Colleagues In North Bengal, Surrenders

Kolkata:

Two BSF troopers had been shot lifeless by a constable of their unit within the early hours at this time in Bengal’s North Dinajpur district. The unit’s firm commander needed to persuade the constable for a very long time to drop his weapon.

The constable was taken into custody as quickly as he surrendered. 

An enquiry has been ordered by the BSF into the incident that passed off on the India-Bangladesh border at Bhatun village beneath Raiganj police station.

Commandant Mahendra Singh Bhatti and Constable Anuj Kumar reportedly died on the spot. It’s not clear why the assailant constable Uttam Sutradhar opened fireplace.

The native police rushed to the spot on studying of the incident. The district superintendent of police Sumit Kumar is overseeing the state of affairs.

He’s reported to have stated that the incident passed off round three:30 am. In line with preliminary data, there wer no identified causes for Constable’s animosity in direction of his fellow troopers.
