The Uttarakhand Devasthanam Administration Board on Monday determined to open the “Chardham Yatra” for pilgrims from throughout the state from July 1 after remaining shut for months to curb the unfold of coronavirus.

The 4 well-known Himalayan shrines of Badrinath, Kedarnath, Gangotri and Yamunotri in Uttarakhand’s Garhwal area are generally known as “Chardham”.
