Actress Deepika Singh, who catapulted to fame by taking part in the function of Sandhya Rathi in TV Present Diya Aur Baati Hum, recounted coping with social media trolls after the birth of her son Soham in 2017. The actress performed the lead function on the present for 5 years after which she received married and took a break from her job. Talking about coping with “nasty feedback” about placing on weight post-pregnancy, Deepika informed the ETimes, “I’ve been trolled loads on social media particularly for my weight achieve. After giving delivery to my son Soham I used to be 73 kgs and I had randomly shared an image of mine with out pondering a lot and it was my birthday, they began writing nasty stuff about me. They didn’t even assume twice that it was my birthday. They began saying ‘you might be such an enormous actress, it is best to have waited’, ‘now you will not get any function’, ‘no person will take her in a lead function’, ‘have a look at her how dangerous she is wanting’.”
After the delivery of her son in 2017, Deepika Singh returned as lead in 2019 TV Present Kavach… Maha Shivratri. Deepika informed ETimes that she took the feedback “very critically” and he or she labored laborious to lose a number of kilos and “show the trolls unsuitable.” She mentioned, “That (detrimental feedback) really helped me to go to the health club repeatedly… I took screenshots of all these feedback and stored them as a wallpaper on my telephone. Every time I felt lazy these nasty feedback helped me to hit the health club. Finally, I proved them (the trolls) unsuitable,” she mentioned.
Deepika Singh married Rohit Raj Goyal, the director of her debut tv present Diya Aur Baati Hum. They welcomed their son Soham in Might 2017.
