An earthquake of magnitude four.5 was reported close to Delhi on Friday night, in accordance with India’s Nationwide Middle for Seismology.

The epicentre of the earthquake was 63 km southwest of Gurgaon in Haryana, the company stated.

The earthquake struck at 7:00:48 PM IST at a depth of 5 km from the floor.

Robust tremors have been felt in Delhi and surrounding areas for a number of seconds.
