The Central Water Fee (CWC) has predicted heavy to heavy rainfall on September 2 and September three in South inside Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu with probabilities of flash floods within the Higher Cauvery Basin in the course of the subsequent 24 hours.
As many of the dams are having storage in extra of 90 per cent, the CWC mentioned shut watch is to be maintained.

“Heavy to very heavy rainfall forecast is issued in East Madhya Pradesh Shut watch is to be maintained in Districts Shahdole, Jabalpur, Mandla, Damoh, Narasinghpur, Seoni, Chhindwara in Madhya Pradesh,” it tweeted.
“Heavy to very heavy rainfall could be very prone to happen over Coastal Andhra Pradesh on September 2, 2020 and rise in ranges of East flowing rivers between Krishna and Pennar and in Pennar Basin is predicted,” the CWC added.
