Gurugram rain: Highway close to IIFCO Chowk caves in after heavy rain
A portion of one of many busiest roads in Gurgaon has caved in after almost two days of torrential rain. A large space on the busy IFFCO Chowk cracked and caved on this morning. “Thunderstorms with gentle to average rain would proceed to happen at many locations in whole Delhi, IGI Airport, Dadri, Ghaziabad, Noida, Better-Noida, Ballabgarh, Faridabad, Gurugram, Manesar, Sohna, Modinagar, Pilakhua, Bulandshahar and Sikandarabad,” the climate division stated.
In accordance with the IMD, south-westerly winds from the Arabian Sea and south-easterly winds from the Bay of Bengal are feeding moisture to the area, inflicting extraordinarily heavy rain.
