Lioness Gives Birth To 3 Cubs In Madhya Pradesh Zoo

A lioness has goven start to a few cubs in Madhya Pradesh’s Gwalior.

Gwalior:

After 28 years, an Asiatic lioness on Thursday gave start to a few cubs on the municipal corporation-run Gandhi Zoological Park in Madhya Pradesh’s Gwalior, an official mentioned.  

The cubs are being sorted based on Central Zoo Authority tips in view of the coronavirus outbreak, Gwalior Municipal Commissioner Sandeep Makin mentioned.

The lioness, Pari, and her companion Jai had been delivered to the park from zoos in neighbouring Chhattisgarh in 2012, he mentioned.

Mr Makin mentioned the cubs are in good well being and might be stored in isolation for 40 days to make sure they do not contract any an infection.

It was after a niche of 28 years that a lioness has given start to cubs within the zoological park, the civic commissioner mentioned.
