A person with a bit of paper on which characters that seem like codes written on it has been detained close to Parliament Home, the police stated.
He was first seen roaming on the lawns close to Parliament Home in the present day in a way that appeared suspicious, in accordance with the police.
Quickly, a bunch of Central Reserve Police Pressure (CRPF) jawans approached the person, who was sitting on grass with a backpack, to ask about what he was doing on the high-security space in central Delhi.
