Veteran actor Dilip Kumar and his spouse, actress Saira Banu, will not be celebrating their marriage ceremony anniversary on Sunday, she introduced in a message posted on the actor’s official Twitter deal with on Friday. Dilip Kumar, 97, lost his brothers Ehsan Khan and Aslam Khan recently. They died of COVID-19. Citing household’s loss, Saira Banu wrote in her message: “October 11 is all the time probably the most stunning day in my life. Dilip Saheb married me on today and made my cherished desires come true. This yr, we aren’t celebrating. You all know we misplaced two of our brothers, Ehsan Bhai and Aslam Bhai. The unprecedented turmoil because of the COVID-19 pandemic has taken many lives and triggered sorrow in lots of households. Within the present circumstances, we request all of you, our expensive buddies, to hope for one another’s security and well-being. Could God be with us all. Keep secure.”
On August 21, Aslam Khan, 88, died at Mumbai’s Lilavati Hospital, the place he was admitted after testing optimistic for COVID-19. Days after his death, on September 3, 90-year-old Ehsan Khan also died of the coronavirus.

Dilip Kumar and Saira Banu bought married on October 11, 1966. The couple have co-starred in movies similar to Bairaag, Sagina Mahato, Gopi and Duniya.
