DIAT has received the primary prize within the Good India Hackathon (SIH) 2020.

Pune-based Defence Institute of Superior Know-how (DIAT) has received the primary prize within the Good India Hackathon (SIH) 2020, a national-level digital product constructing competitors.
The Defence Ministry, in an announcement, stated DIAT’s workforce of six members offered an answer titled “DRISHTI” to recognise face, expression and gesture utilizing synthetic intelligence (AI).
The workforce, led by Dr Sunita Dhavale, received the primary prize of Rs 1 lakh “for fixing downside assertion MS331 within the class of software program posed by the Madhya Pradesh authorities”, it stated.
DIAT is a deemed college below the ministry’s Division of Defence Analysis and Improvement.
G Satheesh Reddy, Secretary, Division of Defence Analysis and Improvement, has congratulated the DIAT Staff on profitable the award for a consecutive second time.
The SIH-2020 is a 36-hour continuous digital product constructing competitors for software program version organised collectively by the Ministry of Human Useful resource Improvement and All India Council for Technical Schooling, the assertion stated.
