The bench of Justices RF Nariman, Navin Sinha and Indira Banerjee put aside the conviction by a trial court docket and the Jharkhand Excessive Courtroom quoting medical consultants, who established that the girl was 25 years previous when she filed the case in 1999, and never 20 as she claimed, making her a significant on the time of the alleged assault in 1995.
