The Mumbai police have arrested two individuals from Delhi for allegedly operating a name centre and duping tons of of job seekers, an official stated.

Arif Abdul Rashid (24) and Sujahud Suhelhud (25), each residents of the nationwide capital, have been arrested on Wednesday by Matunga police from town, he stated.

In February the Matunga police had registered an offence of dishonest after a girl complained that on-line fraudsters duped her of Rs 40,000 on the pretext of providing her a job.

Through the probe, police raided a name centre in Subhash Nagar in Delhi from the place calls have been positioned to gullible job-seekers.

The accused supplied high-paying jobs however demanded cash for sending supply letter and different formalities.

After spending 1000’s of rupees, job seekers would understand that they have been being cheated, stated Vijaysingh Ghatge, senior inspector of Matunga police station.
