The Uttar Pradesh authorities on Sunday stated the case involving a 22-year-old Dalit lady who died in Balrampur district after allegedly being raped by two males might be heard in a quick monitor courtroom, and if essential, the stringent Nationwide Safety Act (NSA) could also be invoked thereafter.
Talking to reporters within the district, Further Chief Secretary (Residence) Awanish Awasthi stated, “This case might be heard in a quick monitor courtroom, and if essential, then the stringent Nationwide Safety Act (NSA) could also be invoked. The factors raised by the aggrieved household have been taken critically. The responsible is not going to be spared.”
Mr Awasthi, together with Further Director Normal of Police (Legislation and Order) Prashant Kumar, reached Balrampur, and met with the aggrieved household at their residence.

The 22-year-old Dalit lady died after allegedly being raped by two males in Balrampur district. Each the accused within the incident have been arrested, police stated.

Quoting the sufferer’s relations, Balrampur police chief Dev Ranjan Verma had stated that the girl, who labored in a personal agency, returned dwelling in a severe situation on Tuesday.
The sufferer was cremated on Wednesday after her autopsy within the presence of her relations.
