Fifteen lakh electrical energy division workers together with junior engineers, sub-divisional officers, government engineers and superintending engineers will go on a day-long boycott of labor on Monday to oppose the proposal of privatising energy distribution firm Purvanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Restricted.
