The official mentioned Akash was arrested half an hour after the girl climbed the tower

Bhopal:

A 27-year-old girl climbed a tower close to Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan’s residence on Friday night alleging police indifference to her complaints in opposition to a person who she mentioned teased and assaulted her earlier this week.

She was introduced down safely fifteen minutes after she scaled the tower close to Polytechnic Faculty, officer Tarun Bhati of Shamla Hills police station mentioned.

The lady has claimed Akash, 31, was “teasing” her and that she had filed a grievance on this with Koh-e-Fiza police, Mr Bhati mentioned.

Koh-e-Fiza police station sub inspector Nitin Meharwar mentioned an FIR had been registered in opposition to Akash and the girl’s declare of police inaction have been flawed.

“She advised us Akash teased and beat her up on October 6. We booked him beneath part 354 (assault or prison pressure to girl with intent to outrage her modesty),” Mr Meharwar mentioned.

The official mentioned Akash was arrested half an hour after the girl climbed the tower.
